Rajeev Kumar was born in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh on 3 January 1975. He had attained his I.C.S.E. from st’s. Mary Academy, Meerut.

After coming back from former Soviet Union he was unable to continue his engineering studies as he had came late for admission season in India. Even dates for filling forms for competition of various institutions was over. His complete one year was wasted.

Later on Rajiv Kumar did B.A. and then M.A. in Philosophy from Lucknow University.

He had a desire to visit U.S.A. the remaining world power as a student so that he may be able to compare the life between two country. One that was world power and second which is at present.

A fine cricket player, he also lifts weights and loves travelling. He started writing at the age of 16 and his genre is bureaucratic satire.
